Our company is inviting talented and highly motivated Middle JAVA Developer to join our team in the new project: Video Conferencing. Technical lead and management will be based in Woodlands, Texas.
Video Conferencing project will build a web-based multiple point video conferencing subsystem that will allow five types of media sharing: Video, Media, Desktop, White Boarding, Chat .

Technical skills:

      * Java, Javascript

      * Hibernate, Spring, JSP, SOAP, Applet, Comet, Javascript (JQuery), HTML5

      * MSSQL, MySQL

      * Software architecture and design patterns 

Desirable skills:

      * Audio Streaming

      * Video Streaming, RTMP

      * Video Compression

General requirements:
• Ability to produce high quality results in the rapid and efficient manner.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Result-oriented person.
• Self-organized person with analytical thinking;
• Ability to work successful either individually or as part of a team.
• Intermediate English level.
